Staff were very friendly and efficient which made check in very quick and easy. Rooms were very spacious, immaculately clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to cater for most people.

Was really surprised by the hotel itself, very elegant and the staff were super friendly. The location was fantastic as you were in walking distance of most things with a train station just down the road. Very impressed.

The location was great for what we needed, particularly being so close to Wynyard Station. The room was quite big, compared with other accommodations. Nice heritage features, alongside modern features. Good shower, with two options - overhead and hand-held. Nice dressing gowns. Nice assortment of pillows. Good blackout options for light.

Highly recommend this hotel as it is ideally located in the centre of Sydney with easy access to transport, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and in walking distance to most highlights of the city. Room was bright and sunny with three large windows. Immaculate cleaning and huge comfy bed. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptional, efficient and helpful in every way. The rooms were large and well set up. The decor was beautiful and the pricepoint made it something we can try and do more often. There were also plenty of lifts so getting up and down to the room was always so quick.
